In 2023, I was hired by Winible as the founding product designer to bring their vision to life, a modern sports‑betting marketplace that connects consultants (betting experts) with subscribers who want high‑quality picks.
The platform lets consultants monetize expertise while giving fans a single place to discover, subscribe, and track winning picks.
I led design 0→1, defining the product strategy, designing the UX/UI, building the design system, and shaping the MVP alongside a lean team of a founder, PM, and engineering lead. The company had a soft launch in 2023 and now counts 100,000+ MAU who have placed $30 million in bets with some 100 sports betting influencers.

A Broken Ecosystem for Betting Consultants
Through initial stakeholder interviews with 12 sports betting consultants, I discovered they were juggling:
- 3-5 different tools for payment processing, customer management, and pick distribution
- Manual processes eating up 15-20 hours/week on administrative tasks
- Customer churn due to delayed pick delivery and poor communication
- No centralized view of business performance or subscriber analytics
Key insight: Consultants weren't failing because of bad picks, they were failing because of bad operations. They didn’t care about clout - they needed operational stability, subscriber trust, and customizable storefronts.
Streamlined Consultant Onboarding
A guided step onboarding flow with contextual tooltips

Self‑Serve Storefronts & Promo Tools
Most consultants came to Winible with little to no branding beyond a logo. We built a turnkey storefront that let them look professional in minutes - no design chops required.
- Instant setup: upload a logo (or skip it) and Winible applies a clean, neutral theme with sport‑inspired accents.
- Inline editing: tweak bio, pricing tiers, images, and plan details right on the live page in a WYSIWYG style.
- Promo‑code generator: create limited‑time discounts for loyal or high‑value subscribers.
- “Send Tip” button: let happy subscribers share a slice of their winnings with one click.
